How early will I be admitted to the clinic?

Generally, surgery is performed on the day of admittance to the clinic. You will have had a detailed consultation with the surgeon and the anaesthesiologist several days before admittance. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled surgery.

Do not forget to bring along all necessary papers, including results of examinations.

Do not eat anything on the day of surgery. Arrive on an empty stomach, which includes no smoking, no water and no gum chewing or eating of candy (including lolly-pops and lozenge-type candy).
